Device or installation identifiers, platform, brand and model, operating system and application versions, language, time zone, notification permission status, push tokens and subscription identifiers, and installation and last activity times used by the mobile application.
Technical logs and usage data generated for service security and to understand how the service is used.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide event services, manage registration and participation, display the program and content, handle invitations and requests, communicate about the event and keep the service operating securely. Where usage analytics is enabled, analytics data may be processed to evaluate application usage.

Depending on the service used, information may be shared with authorized event organization staff and providers of hosting, data storage, email, notifications, payments and technical support, to the extent required for the relevant service. Information may need to be provided to competent authorities to meet legal obligations.

Speaker profiles, the scientific program and content submitted for publication may be accessible to other users of the application for the relevant event. External links and payment services are subject to the privacy terms of the relevant provider.

Depending on the event configuration, the application may use Google Firebase and OneSignal for content synchronization and notifications. These providers may process application content, device and subscription identifiers, push tokens and related technical data for these services.

4. Notifications and device permissions

The application may request notification permission to deliver event announcements and program updates. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings. Turning off notifications does not automatically delete previously generated records.

Depending on the features used, the application may store event content and preferences on your device. You can manage local data using the application storage options offered by your operating system. Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete registration, participation or device data stored on servers; you can submit requests concerning this data to the relevant event organizers.

5. Retention and security

Personal data retention takes into account the periods required for the service and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and processing purpose. Appropriate technical and organizational measures should be implemented to limit access to authorized persons and prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your requests and contact

To obtain information about the use of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information or deletion where applicable, and exercise other rights provided by applicable law, you can contact the organizers of the event you are attending through their announced official contact channels.

The privacy notice provided for a specific registration or service gives detailed information about the identity of the relevant data controller, contact details for requests, legal bases and data transfer conditions. This general policy does not replace service-specific privacy notices or explicit consent where required.
